 HISTORY OF WINE


In vineyards of L’Ariosa estates, stretched out the sea of the Trabocchi Coast and gently cradled by its breeze, we cultivate our finest selection of Pecorino grapes dedicated exclusively to the production of this bottle. The label reminds the name of these estates, which means just ‘The Windy’: their peculiar location determins sapidity, minerality and organoleptic intensity found in the wine.

  • VINIFICATION: Crushing, cryomaceration, soft pressing. Thermocontrolled fermentation of the limpid fraction of the juice in steel tanks. Ageing in stainless steel vat
  • SENSORY PROFILE: Straw yellow with golden reflections. Bouquet with intense scents of exotic fruit, citrus fruits, white peach. Sapid and noticeable structure on the palate, good persistence with a slightly almond finish
  • SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10°C
  • FOOD PAIRING: Fish dishes with a decided taste, cheeses, elaborate dishes of white meats
